Sync and Family Sync

PawBook syncs through your private iCloud. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings and that you have a connection. When you share a pet, only the people you invite can access it.

Notifications and reminders

Alerts are local and depend on the system's notification permissions. If they don't arrive, check that PawBook has permission to send notifications in your iPhone settings.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are managed from your App Store account and renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage them or restore purchases from your Apple account settings.
